- Long, merino wool socks that are reinforced with Kevlar.
Durable socks for autumn hiking trips. Merino wool in the composition provides thermal comfort, while the Coolmax yarn ensures moisture management. The addition of Kevlar makes the sock reinforced in the areas most exposed to abrasion – on the heel and toes.
Features:
- natural merino wool, mixed with polyacrylic, guarantees excellent thermal insulation and breathability of the skin and a long-lasting feeling of dryness;
- Coolmax® transports moisture and heat away from the body to the surface of the sock;
- Kevlar – provides high durability of the sock in places such as the heels and toes;
- Soft, non-squeezing double welt increases the comfort of use and keeps the sock in the right place, an additional welt on the midfoot prevents the sock from slipping and twisting during long hikes;
- Certificate STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®;
- Material: 35% Merino Wool, 35% Polyacrylic, 12% Coolmax, 11% Prolen Siltex, 4% Kevlar, 3% Elastane;
- Sizes: 35-38, 39-42, 43-46.
Materials:
- Coolmax® – a fiber developed by DuPont, transports moisture and heat from the body to the surface of the sock. In this way, it prevents the foot from overheating and provides a pleasant feeling of dryness;
- Polyacryl (PAN) – a synthetic thick fiber, pleasant to the touch, perfect for winter days (it has properties similar to wool). It is extremely light. Clothing made of polyacrylic is durable, abrasion-resistant and easy to care for;
- Kevlar – artificial fiber provides high strength of the sock in places most exposed to damage and abrasion, such as heels and toes;
- Merino wool – natural wool, thinner than the traditional one, characterized by high softness and fluffiness. In addition, it is antibacterial and antistatic. It has thermo-active properties – it retains heat when it is cold, and allows you to cool down when it is hot.
