SVALBARD 200 HYDRO MID LEFT down sleeping bag 6°C / 490 g
- An ultralight sleeping bag for warm days, filled with hydrophobic goose down.
SVALBARD 200 HYDRO which is another proposal for a new range of FJORD NANSEN down sleeping bags. It is 200 g of hydrophobic goose down! The sleeping bag is very light, small when folded and yet warm enough. Thanks to the down impregnation process, it withstands moisture much better than classic down sleeping bags. They stayed dry longer, and therefore warm as well! SVALBARD line has been equipped with a practical welt at the bottom, thanks to which you can put your feet outside the sleeping bag, which will allow you to actively regulate the temperature inside. You can also move around without getting out of your sleeping bag or even sleep in your boots (e.g., during races, races, mountain runs, etc.).
Main features:
- ultralight;
- filling with hyderophobic goose down.
Details:
- ultralight outer fabric of smooth 10d nylon;
- filled with hydrophobic* goose down in a ratio of 93/7 with a spring rate of 800 cuin;
- independently filled chambers;
- strategically placed down according to thermal zones;
- inside the sleeping bag, at the bottom, there are two loops for attaching a warming pad/touring sheet (this will prevent it from slipping out when leaving the sleeping bag);
- the zipper of the renowned YKK brand, on the left side;
- opening the bottom of the sleeping bag with a puller.
*The down used to fill the sleeping bags is washed and impregnated in the production process, which gives it additional resilience.

Temperatures:
- t max temperature: 18°C;
- temperature T comf: 6°C;
- t lim temperature: 1°C;
- extreme temperature (T min): -14°C.
Temperatures:
- Temperature ranges according to EN 13537 - they refer to a standard man and a standard woman after an average effort. NOTE! Sometimes the sensation of cold can be different in different people. Factors such as fatigue, hunger, malaise, previous hypothermia, age, metabolism, body fat thickness, etc. also affect the way the cold is felt.
- Upper comfort limit (T max) - the temperature at which a "standard man" does not sweat, and excessive temperature does not disturb his sleep.
- Comfort (T comf) - the temperature at which a person is in thermal equilibrium and does not feel cold. This value refers to a "standard", full woman, after an average effort. This parameter should guide women when choosing a sleeping bag.
- Limit temperature (T lim) - the lowest temperature at which a "standard man" can sleep comfortably. This parameter should guide men when choosing a sleeping bag.
- Extreme temperature (T min) - exceeding this value causes the risk of hypothermia and means conditions in which you can survive for six hours at most (a parameter based on the feelings of the "average woman"). This temperature should not guide us when buying a sleeping bag!
